Introduction
Kamomebashi bridge is the only pedestrian bridge out of the three bridges spanning the Keihin Canal to the Yashio residential complex. This diagonal bridge completed in 1986 was praised by the Japan Construction Engineers' Association for its excellent technology and addition to the landscape, winning a city architecture award.
